Refund Policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for Angestrom paid plans.
1. Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly) through our payment processors, Stripe and PayPal. Your plan renews automatically until canceled.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from your account page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. We don't charge a cancellation fee.
3. Refunds
Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we'll review it in good faith.
4. Free plan
The core platform is free and always will be. You never need to pay to explore, learn, or contribute.
5. Price changes
We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice. Changes never apply retroactively to a period you've already paid for.
