1. Using Angestrom

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. Free and paid tiers may have different rate limits and feature access as described on our Pricing page.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By publishing to Angestrom you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, index, link, and distribute that content within the platform and to promote the service. You represent that you have the rights to submit your content and that it does not infringe others' intellectual property or privacy rights.

3. Indexed & AI-generated content

Angestrom indexes publicly available third-party material and may generate summaries, scores, and explanations using automated systems including large language models. Such output may be incomplete or inaccurate. Always verify critical information against primary sources. Third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or infringing material.
• Attempt unauthorized access, scraping beyond published API limits, or disruption of the service.
• Misrepresent authorship or manipulate rankings, votes, or intelligence scores.
• Use the platform to develop or deploy malware, spam, or automated abuse.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use policy.

5. Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans bill in advance through Stripe or PayPal. You may cancel anytime; access continues through the current billing period. Refunds follow our Refunds policy and applicable law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

6. Availability

Angestrom is provided as-is. We aim for high availability and sync graph data on a regular schedule, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every source will always be current. Features may change, move, or be discontinued.

7. Disclaimers

Angestrom is an informational and educational platform, not investment, legal, medical, or professional advice. Model benchmarks, news summaries, and AI-generated explanations are provided for convenience only.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Angestrom Intelligence Private Limited and its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. You may stop using Angestrom at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
