Video Generative Models as Geometry Learner

Recent generative approaches to geometry estimation adapt pretrained image diffusion models and treat the task as image-conditioned generation. Leveraging off-the-shelf image diffusion models, they either (i) train task-specific geometry models (for depth and surface normal estimation) independently, losing the opportunity of exploring the intrinsic correlation of these geometric targets, or (ii) jointly fine-tune modified image diffusion backbones (e.g., altered self-attention), which typically demands substantial labeled data. To overcome these limitations in a principled fashion, we repurpo

Listen, Reason, and Segment: Aligning LALMs with Editorial Judgment for Media Chapterization

Large Audio Language Models (LALMs) have made rapid progress on standardized benchmarks, yet their deployment in practical media workflows, curation, archival indexing, and content distribution remains largely unrealized. We identify automated audio chapterization, the task of segmenting continuous audio streams into thematically coherent chapters, as a demanding and commercially consequential setting that exposes this gap. Chapterization is challenging because boundaries are defined less by objective acoustic events than by subjective editorial judgment, requiring models to reason sequentiall

EquiSteer: Cross-Attention Steering Towards a Fairer Text-Guided Image Generation

Text-to-image diffusion models power everyday creative tasks, but they still reproduce the demographic biases in their training data. On common prompts such as ``a photo of a nurse,'' ``a photo of a CEO'', they skew their outputs toward one gender, driven by the statistics of training data rather than anything in the text. Existing debiasing methods show promise in narrow settings but require retraining, batch-level control, or prompt-specific tuning, limiting their scalability. We propose \emph{EquiSteer}, a training-free method that works per sample by steering cross-attention (CA) activatio
