Motivation: Rare disease (RD) diagnosis is frequently delayed due to the similarities in symptoms to common disease variants. Machine Learning Algorithms applied to Electronic Health Records show promise for accelerating the diagnosis; however, legal and privacy concerns pose significant barriers.
