Medical automatic speech recognition (MedASR) requires adaptation to specialised terminology, limited annotated clinical data, and multilingual use cases. Designing Maintainable Hybrid Generative Systems: A Quantum-Inspired Approach to Automated Music Harmony Generation

This paper presents the design and evaluation of a maintainable hybrid generative architecture for automated music harmony generation from melody. The proposed system combines quantum-inspired candidate exploration over overlapping melodic contexts with explicit rule-based optimization to balance generative flexibility and structural control. The architecture is evaluated using explicit and reproducible metrics covering structural coherence, functional agreement, harmonic similarity, and robustness. Spectral Stability of Pseudoinverse-Based Extreme Learning Machine

Extreme Learning Machine (ELM) computes output weights analytically using the Moore-Penrose pseudoinverse. Although this leads to fast training, its numerical stability depends strongly on the conditioning of the hidden layer matrix. This paper studies pseudoinverse-based ELM from a spectral perspective. We show that the smallest singular value governs perturbation amplification in the output weights, while the condition number provides a quantitative measure of hidden-layer instability.
