Traffic signs are crucial components of road safety, serving as visual tools under all lighting conditions. The Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) specifies daytime visual factors such as legibility and color contrast, and nighttime retroreflectivity requirements. Evaluating LLM agents on benchmarks like SWE-Bench and GAIA can be expensive, time-consuming, and requires complex infrastructure.
