the hard part of a private ai rollout isn't the vpc, it's the connectors nobody wrote
the instinct in here that company data shouldn't go live in a vendor cloud is right, and it holds up better than most of the takes it sits next to. private vpc or on-prem is also a mostly solved shape at this point, plenty of vendors will sell you that box. The part I keep watching people walk into is downstream of that. Once it's running inside your own vpc, the agent can still only touch what has a connector.
