What should an AI agent remember in a form a human can actually audit?
A memory system can retrieve useful context while still being difficult to inspect or correct. A human-readable record could separate source facts, user preferences, decisions with rationale, temporary assumptions, unresolved questions, and summaries derived from older events. Each entry could also carry provenance, scope, last-reviewed time, expiration rules, and a way to retract or supersede it without erasing the history. Which of those fields are essential,
