Interpretation-Oriented Cloud Removal via Observation-Anchored Residual Flow with Geo-Contextual Alignment

Cloud removal (CR) is essential for optical remote sensing, serving as a prerequisite for reliable downstream interpretation, such as semantic segmentation and change detection.
