VEHBench: A Stage-Local Diagnostic Benchmark for LLM-Assisted Vibration Energy Harvester Design

Battery-free Internet of Things (IoT) requires iterative design of vibration energy harvesters (VEHs) under coupled physical constraints, while LLMs are emerging as interface layers for engineering workflows.
